What's always included
Any pace
Weekend, Week or Expedition, at whatever pace suits you: scenic drives, 14er summits, or a mix. The price is set by trip length, not by how hard the days are.
Some of you want the summit, some want the overlook and a long lunch. We plan both, with a time and place to meet back up.
How far is comfortable, stairs, uneven ground, rest stops. We plan around it and link each park's own accessibility information, so you can confirm the details before you go.
Pricing questions
No, and that's on purpose. We're itinerary-only: we plan, you book. We don't book travel, submit permits or reservations, or handle any travel money. Every lodge, permit, rental, and tour in your plan comes with a direct link, so you pay the provider's own price and deal with them directly. The only thing you ever pay us for is the planning. We never take commissions, so a recommendation is only there because it's the right call for your trip.
Our standard turnaround is 7–10 days after your intake is complete and work starts. Every plan includes one round of revisions. Need it sooner? Rush is +50% of the plan price.
Yes. The 15-minute call is $35, and a 15, 30, or 60-minute call is fully credited toward any plan you book within 30 days.
It's $445 for a trip of up to 8 days, plus $30 for each extra day after that, up to 14 days. So a 10-day trip is $505 during our founding period.
We're new, so our first clients get lower prices in exchange for honest feedback. The regular price is shown in parentheses next to every founding price. All prices are in US dollars.
Cancel before work starts for a full refund. Once work has started there's no refund, but you can reschedule for free within 12 months. After delivery, revisions are the remedy: every plan includes one round, and we fix factual errors at no charge. The details are in our terms.
